Friends of Seaview
Our Friends of Seaview scheme is a great way to spend a little and give a lot. Your regular monthly donations help us to match fund across a range of services, ensuring we stay available and ready for those who need us. From as little as £5 you can make a huge difference here at Seaview, and in turn we will provide you with regular updates and information about events and what’s going on. Donations
We are always looking for donations, particularly in the form of clothing and any furnishing bits that may help our service users get fast tracked and settled into accommodation. As our stock and influx of donations is ever-changing, you can get in contact via social media or by calling 01424 717981 to find out what bits we urgently need. Thank you for your generosity!
Become a Trustee
Seaview welcomes requests to join our Board of Trustees. We are looking for people with an interest in our client group who can commit to attending to Board Meetings currently held monthly on a Monday evening.
Events
We host a range of events which include:
- Service user showcase events such as Seaview’s Got Talent, art exhibitions, concerts
- Fundraising and awareness events such as The Big Sleep and our annual Carol Concert
- Training events
- Special events for FRIENDS of Seaview
Helping people get back on their feet
Seaview’s range of support services helps marginalised people with addiction problems, mental health issues, ex-and at-risk offenders and rough sleepers achieve personal growth and fulfilment.
Wellbeing Centre
We provide a warm and welcoming building where people can find help, comfort, friendship and inspiration.
Recovery Services
Our ADDER, RADAR, Alcohol Outreach and Harm Reduction teams work with those struggling with complex addiction issues.
Homeless Services
Seaview’s homeless services start on the street with our Rough Sleepers Outreach Teams.
Healthcare
We work with a range of partner agencies to offer healthcare services to our clients.
